At Morphy’s Tattoo Supplies, we stand by the quality of the products we offer — because we use them ourselves. But if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

📦 Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received it

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Unfortunately, opened or used tattoo cartridges, needles, inks, or hygiene-related items cannot be returned for safety reasons.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note:

• We do not refund shipping costs

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover return shipping
